Combined Soil Stabilisation

This contract was undertaken in an extremely sensitive area. Right in the middle of Jaguar Landrover production area. The Landrover Evoke paint shop was in close proximity of the works.

An integrated mixer was used to prevent dust escapes and a Silo that vented into a cubic metre of water to obtain 100% dust free distribution.

Wind speed was monitored every and when it reaches speed in access of 10 - 15 miles per hour operations are halted until wind has dropped sufficiently.

In some locations between 600 and 700 Rangerovers were waiting to be loaded not one problem with dust was recorded.

The job consisted of a 5% modification to material to the underside of capping layer to achieve 15% to form a piling platform to achieve a 350kpa rig loading.
