Works update for April

M186 Walbottle. Following delays caused by another "flooding event" last weekend, repair works inside the culvert (from the north portal to the southern boundary of our site) are almost complete. We are awaiting consent from the client to remove the jacking rig from the shaft, which will then allow the shaft base and channel detail to be constructed. Construction of the new northern portal structure is on-going. We expect the coffer dam to be removed during mid April 2013.
