M255 Our work to install a new oil pipeline under the Trent & Mersey canal by HDD was completed in late 2018. However the planned oil refinery shutdown, to enable connection of the new pipe and removal of an existing pipe bridge, was postponed at the last minute by the client. A revised date for re-mobilisation to site has not yet been announced. Update for Trenchless

M251 Diversion of 3 strategic fuel pipelines under the Grand Union canal at Nash Mills has recently been completed. The existing pipe bridge over the canal has been removed, the access road on the drive side and the motorcycle park on the reception side have been re-instated. January Update - 2019

M251 Our work to divert 3 strategic fuel pipelines under the Grand Union canal at Nash Mills is proceeding in accordance with the agreed plan. Pipe line shut downs are scheduled for February 2019 to enable the new pipes to be connected. The existing pipe bridge over the canal will be removed thereafter. Pipe Jacking Association New appointments!

Pipe Jacking Association appoint new chairman, vice-chairman and secretary whilst celebrating 45yrs of service to the tunnelling sector. At its recent AGM held on the 17th October 2018, Jim Kirby, a Technical Director at consulting engineer COWI, was appointed as the new chairman of the Pipe Jacking Association. Jim Kirby has 25 years contracting and consultancy experience, specialising in tunnelling, pipe jacking, shafts and pipelines.
