Recently AE Yates were awarded a Minor Works Partnering Framework with the Environment Agency for works on the Flood Prevention and Capital Asset Programme covering the central and southern areas of the north west region.

Early appointment to a project enables AE Yates to become involved in Value Engineering, Risk Evaluation, Budget and Design Finalisation on a variety of schemes. The overall value is unclear at this early stage, but is anticipated to be up to £2m per annum.
