Investors in People is a national quality standard that sets a level of good practice for improving an organisation's performance through its people.

People are our most important resource and we invest heavily in training and development. We want to recruit and keep the best people. Meeting the requirements of the IIP standard means employees find themselves at the centre of improvements that make work more rewarding. All of which is good news for A.E. Yates and more importantly our customers.

A.E. Yates was assessed against the standard on the 14th and 15 July 2004, confirmation that we had been awarded the standard was received at the beginning of August 2004.
