As a specialist SPI Appleton are fully conversant in all disciplines of temporary and permanent steel piling, such as Sheet Piles, Universal Bearing Piles (often known as H Piles) and Tubular Piles, together with associated works including temporary and permanent walings, cofferdam frames and tie-rod installations etc.
SPI Appleton own and operate a comprehensive modern fleet of piling equipment for this specialist work which currently includes ABI Telescopic Leader Rigs with variable moment vibratory hammers and augering equipment, Tosa WP150 Silent Pilers for Silent Vibrationless Hydraulic Pile Pressing, Movax sheet pilers and tube drivers with 38 Tonne Excavators. SPI Appleton also have an extensive range of ancillary equipment to suit both, rig and conventional installations, as well as our own stock yard that stocks in excess of 3000 tonnes of both new and pre-used sheet piles. Our stock comprises of Larssen, PU, AZ, AU and SX piles, enabling us to be well equipped to mobilise to any situation that may occur.
Nationwide Land & Marine Steel Sheet Pile Installation Service
A nationwide, land and marine based service is offered by SPI Appleton (which encompasses motorway, embankments, rail, tidal, quayside, rivers etc), along with a full design service for both temporary and permanent works.
Commitment by SPI Appleton to our customers is paramount along with efficiency. To that end, our highly trained and experienced workforce can offer the most cost effective solutions to all situations, with flexible working to suit the customer, i.e. day works, night works, weekend works, possession works.
SPI Appleton's equipment, as well as being used for our own contract works, is also available for hire on variable length terms.
