* M53 Sign and Signal Gantries Phases 1 & 2 (Combined value £1.6m).
* M6 Gantries Junctions 17 to 19 (Civils value £660k).
* M6 Tabley Lane Bridge Replacement of Service Slabs (Civils value £200k).

General Civil Engineering Works under the HA 'Construction Management Pilot 2' scheme. Client, Designers, Contractors, Specialists and Key Suppliers working within fully integrated teams to finalise all designs, scope, programme the works, value the works and deliver completed projects.

2002-2006

HA 4 Year (with 3 Year option) Strategic Partnering Framework Agreement, 'Construction Management Framework Contract for New HA Area 10', covering all General Civil Engineering works on Roads & associated Structures between £250k and £5m in value. Anticipated value to A E Yates is £4.5m to £5m of works orders per annum. Works orders will be undertaken under the HA's NEC/ECC Option 'Beta' form of contract, a hybrid NEC/ECC Options 'C'. To date we have completed 3 projects with values to £800k each (civils element only) and are in the process of finalising the planning / negotiations on 4 further schemes with a value of £3.5m to start during 2004.
