2002-2005 Unitied Utilities / Galliford Costain

AE Yates were selected as one of six 'Tier 1 Suppliers' entering into a Strategic Sub-Partnering Agreement with Southern Framework (Galliford-Costain JV, United Utilities and Montgomery Watson Harza) for the delivery of United Utilities AMP3 Programme in the Southern third of their area.

Under our agreement we will deliver the UID & Sewerage programme in west Cheshire and the Wirral under an NEC/ECC Option 'C' form of contract, with a civils value of approximately £15m to April 2005.

To date we have been awarded and completed 13 UID Contracts with values ranging from £120k to £3.3m under this Tier 1 arrangement. These schemes have included large pumped storage tanks on the sewerage network. In addition to these orders we have provided a short notice service to Galliford-Costain JV in undertaking major trial hole investagation works in advance of detailed design to confirm major stats plant and other potential obstructions.

AE Yates were formally appointed as one of 4 'Tier 1 Suppliers' by 'Central Framework' (KMI Water, United Utilities and Montgomery Watson Harza) for the delivery of UU's AMP3 UID Programme in the central third of UU's area including Merseyside, Manchester, Wigan, Bolton and West Lancs.
