From our headquarters in Bolton, civil engineers A. E. Yates offer a range of civil engineering services encompassing motorway construction and renewal, bridges, tunnels, water and waste-water infrastructure, environmental improvements, urban renewal, coastal defences, river and canal works.

Projects are undertaken via traditionally tendered construct-only routes, D&C on a tendered or negotiated basis and increasingly via Partnering or Collaborative Working Arrangements. We currently hold Strategic Partnering Frameworks with the Highways Agency, the Environment Agency, Bolton MBC and Manchester University.
