Unguided Auger Boring Projects
In addition to Guided Auger Boring, A E Yates Trenchless Solutions Ltd can also provide Unguided Auger Boring for projects such as cross-county water and gas mains where line and level is not as critical as for gravity sewer projects. This technique involves installing steel casings up to 1200mm diameter, usually in 6 or 12m individual lengths onto which successive sections are added to form one continous installation.
The list below is a selection of some of the Unguided Auger Boring projects carried out by A E Yates Trenchless Solutions Ltd. These projects have made use of our 48" Blind Auger rig and you can found out more about the works done by this machine by looking at the case studies.
